- Running a BBQ, come back BBQ in August for both students and alumni
- Annual meeting is now at 11am, Did we want to start our meeting at 11,
- Meeting would be at the alumni house
- 11:15am meeting time to allow everyone to walk to the student union.
- Friday Lunch at 1pm, leading into a potential service project
- Dinner Friday night, a hockey game at 7pm could be on Saturday or snowmans
- Saturday Day Morning Service Project
- Ice Cream at 4pm

- Local alumni meeting and welcome back student BBQ
- Limitation of Key Bank, changing banking
- Bad hours and difficult to get staff that can handle operations
- Small reach only in New York state and given the potential far spreading locations of leadership this can be an issue
- If a suitable option is found the association will make the change Friday of alumni weekend

Next ECOM Meeting
The group decided to hold their next meeting on September 8th barring any conflicts with the chapter recruitment calendar the backup date is September 15th. The meetings are open to any alumni to view that have an interest, contact Rafael for meeting details.
