For the EZAA, the award will be given out to Epsilon Zeta alumni who have demonstrated outstanding service to the Epsilon Zeta Alumni Association.
Nomination of DSK recipients will take place at a meeting with quorum (defined as 10 members)
Nominations can be sent in to the Vice President, anybody can nominate somebody for a DSK, however, presence at an EZAA meeting is necessary in order to vote on nominees
A 3/4 majority vote is required, with a minimum of 8 yea votes

Winner receives: certificate, name engraved on the plaque in the chapter office, $100 donated to a charity of their choice
Nominations for 2012 award can be sent through the fall 2012 meeting (date TBA)
2007 award will not be given out
