Meeting Minutes - January 21

President - Alyssa Pasquale

1] Overview of last meeting 
   - bylaws were changed to be gender neutral
   - section on regional EZ alumni associations was removed

2] 60th Anniversary Weekend
   - banquet is set for September 1st at Alumni House
   - active chapter to help with service events that day
   - campus tours
   - reception the evening before
   - fall meeting will be the afternoon of September 1st, after service and before banquet

3] Gift to coincide with 60th anniversary
   - what? how? where?
   - to be paid for by donations from alumni
   - ask RPI what they need
   - Spreee volunteered to be (part of) the gift committee

4] January newsletter delayed
   - will try to put something out soon
   - might wait until invitations are done for the 60th and mail together

5] Where is the EZAA going?
   - keep doing events and telling people, and hopefully things will start to pick up
   - hold events twice each year (fall and spring)
